Our Wellbeing Coaching service is designed for youth and young adults seeking to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing. We provide a holistic approach that combines conventional mental health practices with unique methods such as CMC BrainMusic. This personalised coaching helps individuals manage stress, build emotional resilience, and achieve a balanced, fulfilling life. Our goal is to support each person in their journey towards mental clarity and wellness through customised and comprehensive care.
Coaching helps individuals better understand their values, beliefs, and behaviours, and how these impact their performance and wellbeing. This heightened self-awareness can lead to more effective decision-making and stress management.
By identifying strengths and areas for improvement, coaching can help individuals optimize their performance. This may involve developing new skills, improving existing ones, or overcoming performance barriers. We use CMC-pioneered BrainMusic to help ‘rewire’ the brain in order to boost performance. Please see NeuroPerformance Training for more information.
Coaching can help individuals manage stress, improve work-life balance, and enhance overall wellbeing. This not only benefits the individual but also contributes to a healthier, more productive work environment.
Coaching can help individuals identify their education/career goals, develop a path, and make informed decisions. This can lead to greater school and career success.
By challenging individuals to step out of their comfort zones, coaching can promote personal growth. This may involve overcoming personal obstacles, developing new perspectives, or achieving personal goals.
